How to Make an Order.
As we base all our prices on sizes, we require all sizes be in writting.
1) Getting the Sizes of your Glass.
Before we start on picking out any designs, the most important thing we need is the sizes of your glass.We can cut our glass designs to the majority of sizes given by our customers.

2) Choosing a Design
It can be very overhelming trying to choose a design, especially with all the choices we offer.We suggest you take a look at our Gallery and Blog pages to see some work we've done for previous customers.

3) Do you Require Delivery?
If you require delivery please provide your shipping adress as we will have to calculate P&P Costs.Any glass that is shipped is safley packaged up, we package the glass in bubblewrap,
then we make a wooden box specially to fit the glass.

Alternativley you can collect the glass yourself from our premisis.
4) Send us an E-mail
Send all this information over to us in an e-mail, if you're happy when we reply to you with your quote, please e-mail us back stating "please proceed with order" & we will get an e-mail over to you with your pro-forma attached.* Payment options- we accept Cash, Cheque payments and card payments over the phone or in store.
We do not start on the order until we have recieved payment.
